Shannon Liu Shair, Esq. is an Estate Planning attorney who started Liu Shair Law in 2017. She grew up in the Bay Area, attended University of California, Los Angeles (2007) and then Boston University School of Law (2011). She lives in Fremont with her family, which includes two children (Madison is five years old and Ripley is three years old). She loves working with families on their Estate Planning with a focus on having customized, comprehensive, and compassionate services. Shannon understands that a good Estate Plan requires families to be very thoughtful about their wishes, goals, and family dynamics, and she brings her both professional and personal experience to guide families. As an attorney, she knows the importance of not just having an Estate Plan, but having one that fully addresses a family’s concerns (even ones they didn’t realize they had). As a mother, she gets that this can seem overwhelming and guides families in an easy to understand, methodical, and thorough process.
Shannon enjoys being active through her professional networks and community service initiatives. She was previously Community Outreach Coordinator for F.U.N. Mothers’ Club, is currently a board member for Fremont Education Foundation, and was a member of 2019’s Leadership Fremont class. She loves educating others about the field of Estate Planning, speaking for various organizations, and staying up to date with all the changes in the law.
